The proposed building location has received quite a lot of attention over the past (2) years of planning & dreaming.

This location is near the university, and in addition, very close to several large apartment complexes.

Starting from the ground - empty building

Renting office space in India includes negotiation with the landlord and also taking on the expense of making repairs / upgrades to the property.






The initial start up costs will be significant - from putting in tile floor, air conditioning, the ceiling and the equipment.

The property will require a backup power generator as power outages are very common here.
